About Us

Educating nurses for the hospitals that need them most.

Aastha School of Nursing was established in 2011 as a General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) school serving the Dharashiv (Osmanabad) district. We exist for a simple reason: this region needs more trained nurses, and the students here deserve a college that doesn't price them out.

We're affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Nursing & Paramedical Education (MSBNPE), run by Shri Sharada Shikshan Sanstha, with an approved annual intake of 20 seats for the GNM programme. Since opening, our focus has stayed the same: solid clinical fundamentals, real hands-on ward experience, and close attention to every student rather than treating a batch as a number.

Our faculty combine classroom teaching with active clinical backgrounds, so what's taught in the first year keeps showing up in practical placements by the third. Our aim is simple: every student learns to see the person behind the patient, and leaves with the practical, hands-on confidence hospitals actually look for.

  • Real hands-on ward experience, not just classroom theory
  • Hospital placement support after graduation
  • Scholarships for students who need them
